Tas Bloomsbury Restaurant offer one of the healthiest Vegan food in London, with real Turkish-grown food – lentils, houmous, tabbouleh, bulgur wheat, pulses, hazelnuts, aubergine, okra, and a whole host of vegetables and salads. Fresh herbs and spices add to the freshness and ‘homemade’ taste. There is a fresh orange juice machine and some of the cold mezes lend themselves to be enjoyed hotter rather than cold.
